Sore area around clitoris?!

Question: I had bronchitis & ear infection, got antibiotics, got a yeast infection. Got my period had to use pads while taking yeast infection medicine. Now the area above my clit & my clit is sore, could it be from using so many maxi pads, b/c I normally use tampons? When you lift up the skin at beginning of vagina has rash, neosporin seems to be helping with that, but my clit is sore, and I feel like I need to pee, could it be a UTI? OR is it from using maxi pads?? Anybody else ever had this problem? I don't like something that normally brings me pleasure hurting. Plus I really want to have sex with my husband lol

1. I strongly recommend you see a Doctor. You've stressed your body recently with all these infections & virii. Be seen by a specialist.

2. Ummm, is there even the 'slightest' possibility you may contracted an STD - perhaps from your husband? Get the standard STD tests run, and do so by a physician who specializes in these illnesses.

3. Candida, a more serious form of yeast infection, can be picked up from unhygienic exposure in public areas - gyms, hospitals, etc. Candida represents a serious threat in people, such as you, with lowered immune systems.

4. A yeast infection can easily be re-transmitted from your husband back to you. Men get it, too. A shrew physician will prescribe medication for you both.

See your Doctor. And...give the pipes a rest for a couple of weeks - this means oral, too.

I got that before when I was wiping too hard with scratchy toilet paper.

I just didn't fuss with the area for a couple days and stopped wiping and started dabbing and it went away.
