A riddle for women and only open-minded men.....?!

Question: I am 45 yrs old, have all my female parts, not on any birth control (my husband has been neutered), have 2 grown children. Lately I have been moody, one minute I am happy and optimistic, the next minute I am depressed and gloomy, literally goes from minutes to minutes. I am taking nefazodone, which is helps me with my anxiety. I think I know what is wrong, and maybe I should accept it and start reading up on the subject. What do you think. my happylight isn't helping me too much.
