It's called 'spotting'. Usually it happens about a week before you'd actually get your period, you do get cramps with it usually, and it's just a few drops to maybe a teaspoon of blood, then it stops again, just enough to ruin the underwear and maybe soak through.....

I hated it when that happened, and would always have a pad in my purse just in case, but inevitably when I'd put it on then no bleeding would happen.

It slowed way down when I got on the pill, the breakout spotting stopped after the first year on that so I didn't have to worry about the 'unexpected'.

I won't say anything is wrong, it's normal for a lot of people, but if you're worried, you can make an appointment for a checkup.

Even 'regular' periods can shift enough so that instead of the 3 or 5 days of bleeding you only get a day of it and very little on that day. I found that massive weather changes (pressure shifts) would do this to me, or if I did violent exercise (snow shoveling wet snow for over an hour) would cause problems too.

well I have it now and I took tyelnol beacuse I had bad cramps and I could'n t get out of bed.

dats normal for a lot of women...its jux a sign dat you will get it after that...
