Just Curious?!

Question: Would you say women worry about the size of their breast as much as men worry about the size of their penis?

And I notice almost every other question in Women's Health was about their period... How exactly is the period supposed to work...I mean from having girlfriends and a sister i know it comes once a month and girls usually can't have penetrating sex while they're having their period, althought they still get horny and pleasure themselves... My question is like whats the point of the period and why doesn't it happen at the same time each month, and when your pregnant why does it stop?

You must go to one of those schools that doesn't have sex ed. I can't answer your first question, except to say that the people who worry about either one of those things need to get lives.

As for the period: every month, the female body releases a combination of hormones that make the body ready to carry a baby, and ready to conceive a baby. So every month a egg matures, and at the same time, the uterine lining is built up to support and nourish the baby until the placenta grows enough to support it. If pregnancy occurs, then the embryo releases a chemical that prevents the lining from shedding, and keeps the embryo snug and secure in the uterus. If/when pregnancy does not occur, the egg dies and the body releases the uterine lining to get ready for trying the next month with a new, fresh, and healthy lining. There is a regular cycle of this (about 25 to 35 days per cycle), but only a few women have it happen exactly the same number of days apart each month. Most vary, based on many different factors, like how much they ate, exercise, stress, etc., much like one's heart rate varies on a minute by minute basis based on many different factors. It's rather inconvienient, and is kind of a relic of the stone age, when humans were hunter-gatherers, and women tended to menstruate only seldom, because they were usually pregnant or nursing. Now that we live lives with less exercise, more food, and less pregnancy, it's an inconvenient monthly thing.

Wow you are curious.

Um some girls dont care some girls do care.
Periods are for releasing an egg that wasnt fertilized.
Periods come when they come i guess.
It stops?

Some Women worry about the size if they are really small or big, it depends on each girl.

The periods works like this, when an egg is not fertilized it comes out of the body along with all the tissue formed inside the uterus to protect the egg. So when a girl is pregnant she has no period because the body is keeping the fertilized egg an tissue inside.

Girls can have sex while they have their period it is just uncomfortable.

I hope this information clear your doubts
