I want a flat stomach!?!


Question: i'm serious it's so aggravating, all of me is skinny except my stomach and i look so disporportional it's not even funny.
i try eating good and doing crunches, nothing seems to work.

Try these flat stomach exercises and tips.

Knee raises: This is the best one. You can do them at a gym on a machine, or you can get a home model. You stand up, put your arms on two pads and hold on, then raise your knees up towards your chest. These really make you feel the burn. Leg lifts: Lay on the floor and do leg lifts. Keep your legs straight. Lift them both up off the floor. Hold like that for thirty seconds. Rest and repeat. This is really difficult! You'll feel it.

Crunches: Of course our friend the crunch. However do this with an exercise ball and it works even better.

Jump Rope: Yes it works for boxing champions and it will help you too. This is cardio to the max. Hold your tummy muscles in tight while you to reps.

Isometrics: If you have to sit at a desk or in a car for a while, do mini-crunch stomach exercises. Tighten and untighten your tummy muscles. Do this every day. It all adds up.

Exercise bike: Ride until you can't ride any more. Burn calories. Drink water. Repeat.

Diet: No liquid carbs like beer or wine. No liquid candy like sodas. Drink sparkling water and protein drinks, etc. No pizza, no cheeseburgers, nothing fried. Avoid anything with white flour, like white bread and bagels, only eat whole grains.

Hey nobody said it would be easy. (smile) Ask anybody with a flat stomach and they will tell you they did these things, and the payoff was worth the effort.

Buy a girdle.

me and a mate for lent made a pact to do, 50 sit ups every morning and night for 40 days and it worked wonders!

crunches
sit ups
desk crunches (sit on a chair, and bring ur legs up to ur stomach)
dance
SING VERY LOUDLY(it burns lots of fat and makes ur tummy u know better,firmer,skinnier)

Breathing, and colon cleanse doe's wonders. and lot's of water.

Stop drinking beer. And soda.

results take at least two months and you gotta be dedicated ...i do 1000 sit ups and 500 pushups everyday first thing in the morning ....eat right ..no fried foods or soda...stop drinking soda for nine weaks and you are guaranteed to lose 15 lb..sugarmakes your body store fat

First of all you need to include some cardio in your work out. You can't expect to see any results from sit ups with fat still on top of the muscle.

try to put on weight and get plumpy.............
i too had the same prob and hav put on weight... now i look better
than before
