i take 6 before an important occasion to make my stomach really flat and my hipbones stick out even more. it isn't healthy, but it really works, right?!

this is a problem, this is whether you believe it or not, a type of anorexia. this can cause damage, so i would stop unless you are constipated. good luck

A laxative's purpose is not to get rid of water weight. If you're using it to control your weight that is not healthy. Try drinking water with lemon or eating celery, they tend to make you pee more and can help get rid of water retention.

I would only take a laxative if your constipated. Don't make it a habit its bad for your intestines.

A laxative should really be taken if you are constipated. It's not really going to get rid of water weight--it will just make you have diarrhea (if you are not constipated).

Try drinking lots of water to flush your system. Believe it or not, it works!

laxatives can do damage. Please do not keep doing this, you can cause an electrolyte imbalance which can cause kidney damage!
