It is possible you got a rash or the pores have gotten clogged due to sweat. It coudl be an ingrown hair...maybe put some neosporin on it and if it persists consult your doctor about it. Or if you feel comfortable enough ask your mom or another person you feel comfortbale enough to talk to it about.

You gan get zits/pimples in the vaginal area which could explain your spots. You could also have a rash or a lot of different kinds of infections. If this doesn't go away in a few days, ask your mom and go to the doctor.
done worry i had one it will disappear just don't worry about it, ignore it you will be fine trust me :)
