Is it normal to get diarrhea while on your period..?!
Question: I have always had a diarrhea problem. I pretty much can't gain wait cause i sh** it all out lol. (seriously) I have two kids and I'm still skinny! I just wanna gain weight and i never can. i ONCE did when i got on the shot but then i had my gall bladder removed and yup, that made everything worse. You just poop even more! anyway, ever since i started my period, i tend to go more (diarrhea though) ..maybe it's the cramping? I think i read that somewhere else.

Oh yes, mine would get pretty soft 2 days before it was to start, and depending on what I ate, would get worse or stay the same. I had to lay off fruit and salads for 5 days.
Yes, it is especially if you have bad cramps.
