I've been having to pee a lot lately?!

Question: Hello there, so I need some help with this. I've been having to pee a lot lately, it normally happens before and after my period a few days. so that may be why, but I've been having to go about every half an hour ors o. Is this normal? It doesn't hurt when I do go or anything, but when I do, it's barely anything. I'm only in the bathroom a total of 2-4 minutes or so. Help?

If you feel like you have to go every 30 mins, bu tthen barely anything comes out, you could have a urinary tract infection. This can make you feel like you have to go, when you really don't. You could also have a spastic bladder, which also makes you feel like you have to go when you don't. It would be wise to visit your local doctor or walk in clinic. They can do a simple test to confirm or rule out a UTI... then you should go from there.

get ur prostate looked at...jk lol

drink more water.

you might have a blockage.

To easy the discompfort, put a hot water bottle on your abdominal area.

Well I was going to say that people who pee a lot sometimes have diabetes as well... but it's only during your period. So I dont know. But if your peeing and not letting out much...maybe your dehydrated. Drink lots and lots of fluids.

do you take midol when you're on your period? because i know that midol has a diuretic in it to make you pee so you aren't bloated. if not, then i have no idea.
