Check your underwear everytime you go to the toilet...do it before you pee...just grab a bit on your fingers if theres anything there and try to stretch it...if it wont stretch then its not the good stuff.
Some women also check it from around their cervix...with clean fingers feel indside for the bit that's deep inside and feels abit like the end of your nose...thats your cervix...this is where your mucus comes from...youll know when you see it...totally clear and stretchy...
