Period Like Symptoms: No Bleeding?!

Question: I have been having period like symptoms such as cramping and bloating, but I still not have started my period. I am fourteen and still have not started my period. Every so often I will get period like symptoms and think I'm about to start my period then they dissappear after a few days and I return to my normal self. Awhile later maybe a month or less I get them again. What is happening? We also went to the doctor and she suggested I should be starting it right about now.

I had the same symptoms and I got an ultrasound and found out that i had an ovarian cyst. You should try to get an ultrasound.

this is something personally so facking do it on ur own

This could all be from sickness, diahhrea, etc. Someday, you'll actually get your period after these fake symptoms and be really surprised. I found that because I was so anxious for my period (I was considered a late bloomer) everything I felt; whether it be bloatiness or cramping, was my period. Most of it was in my mind. I got my period when I was 14 (13 and like 10 and a 1/2 months, but wtv). It'll come, don't worry!

your probablly going to get it soon, dont worry my friend didnt get hers until the summer she was going into 10th grade it just depends on your body

I've had my period like 5 times before..but thats since 2005 summer. I only had it 5 TIMES! I skip like months and months. And then I'll get it for super long, or super short.

I also have sypmtoms on a regular routine, but they never show up. I get really bad cramps. so bad i cant stand up, then like a day later i dont have my period and Im totally normal.
I asked my doctor, and she said, because I'm so younge, my body has to get used to the change, it should start regularly soon, she hopes.

But My Friend, didnt get her period until she was 16 years old, and her older sister, just got it this year, shes 18, by the way. There was nothing wrong with her.

So just hold out, it will happen
