warm water,milo

advil.. beileve me it works

A lemon drink should help..Ex. limca

exercise or midol

midol and pamprin helps, also a heating pad on the abdomen helps.

motrin b/c it has antiprostaglandins in it-prostaglandins are the chemicals that cause cramps......and a heating pad adn a hot shower. i get such bad cramps that i can't get up to exercise but im told that works also. if none of that works you can go on bc & that'll lessen them. thats what i finally ended up doing.

I had realy bad cramps for years . I would take literally handfuls of aspirin. Now I take Red Raspberry Leaf capsules. you can get them at the drug store they will stop cramps and bloating and mood swings I can now leave my house on my period. Good Luck.

Take two midols and heating pad. As long no ceffiene and sugar, if you taking a midols medicine.

Aww...I feel ya girl, I get them so bad. Everybody is different, but painkillers like midol, pamprin, aleve, advil, motrin, etc. help. I personally like aleve the best--midol doesn't help me, but my roommate likes midol the best. You can also try a heating pad...they even make stick on ones that you can put on under your clothes (they last about 8 hours). A hot bath helps as well...or just sleeping it off if you can! Good luck and hope you feel better soon! :)

Hormonal birth control (the pill, patch, ring). Decreases most PMS symptoms and as a bonus, usually shortens your period!
