No period but cramping?!

Question: I stopped using birth control pills 10 weeks ago, and have not had a period yet. I have been having cramping since Tuesday but no period yet. I did have a tiny bit of brown blood on Tuesday but that was it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Could you possibly be pregnant? Sometimes you will spot brown and feel crampy, but you aren't having a period - your body cramps as the ligaments stretch in the 1st trimester.
