45 kg? i'm not really sure but I think i am shorter than you and weigh more..

anyway you are NOT FAT. it's a good idea to exercise anyway. and really easy since you're just 12 you can still play.

You might want to just play, dance, ride your bike, try yoga or pilates, etc.

Of course you can feel the muscle in your arm, if you didn't that would not be good.

the 'fat' you can feel is muscle.

the only thing that i suggest you do is go and get your heart checked by a doctor as u say that u get chest pains.

You're small thats for sure by the sounds of it. I think you should stop scruitinising yourself. Everyone has fat on their body, women especially and its essential for our living. If you are having chest pains, you should see a doctor. Do you have asthma? Are you under constant stress? These are things that could cause pain in the chest but it could be something else. Everyone should excercise whether they are thin or not. 30 mins at least three times a week of excercise is enough to keep you healthy. In the least it might make you feel better, as excercise is said to boost the endorpins in our body that boost our happiness levels and reduce our stress levels. Try going for a walk for thirty mins and you said you were worried about your arms. Sit on the edge of your bed then pull yourself outwards so your knees are bent and your arms are holding you up on the bed. Lower your body so that your bum nears the floor then pull yourself back up. This excercise will strengthen your arms
