I sincerely doubt that you should be applying the substance to your private area. It is made for your general body where the skin is a bit tougher than your female parts.
So stop using it there; if it continues to peel, then go see your doctor. You might have started an allergic reaction.

its ok,some times when i wax i get like a peeling effect, just use lots of moisturizer for the next few days, keep it soft and smooth
