Okay, well,if your really a devoted person,
1)you should see a dietian to help you out,how much weight you should ultimately lose and how you should do and how much is safe.
2)You need to start a healthy diet, like eating healthy foods, and only eating till your full and not stuffed. Eating and drinking the right stuff helps you maintain your healthy weight.
3) You need a exercise routine that is just right for you. Not excessive exercise either because then your going to just kill yourself. You need a certain amount of time to exercise and certain execises. Maybe a personal trainer if your parents will pay the cash.

Now,keep in mind, that you should go to your physician and always make sure you can take these steps, that your in the best shape.
Honestly, for your height your weight isn't bad at all. It's just how you carry it,maybe you want to firm up. For 5'7 125 is really to small for your height. I'm 5' and 128 . You shouldn't go below 130 to be totally 100% honest with you. Most of all make sure your parents are okay with all of this and make sure you can handle it mentally and physically. Explain to your parents how you feel physically about yourself and be open and honest and take critizism openly as everyone is going to critisize that is something to just expect. If your going to be mature and not go the extents of anorexia again and can be mature enough to handle a workout routine a actual healthy diet and correct caloric intake then go for it,there is nothing wrong with living healthy and trying to maintain a certain weight, but most certainly always make sure your happy with yourself and don't try to be someone else,or look like someone else. Be secure with your own beauty and weight no matter what. But like I said, just be open and honest with your parents so they can help you and keep an eye on you, your body is changing at age 14 so it's hard to control certain things like weight. Just don't go to medications like diet pills or caffeine pills it's not worth it. You can kill yourself or hurt yourself. Be healthy and Be safe. Good Luck.

haha

First of all that seems a little thin. second of all you need to do it safe, no crash diets, just eat less junk and more veggies and fruits. Make a smoothy with non fat milk/soy and ice and ur fav fruits. And you are sick dont try to throw up after meals that is really stupid and could kill you. And have you ever looked at celebraties? when they have anorexia they dont look good.

I'm 14 too and you don't need to lose weight! your too young your body is still growing!! But if you think you are overweight you just have to eat healthy and excercise seriously thats all there is too it. Beleive me it works.

this isnt a joke- get some help. if u were anorexic and bulimic, then it might as well happen again. i think u are fine everyone has different body types, that could all be muscle of bone weight. talk to your doctor and see if she thinks you are overwieght, chances are she doesnt.

Did you know... the average woman that is 5'4" weighs 140lbs. So, I don't understand why you would want to lose weight. You're a pretty tall girl, so your weight is perfect for your height.

If you're still not convinced, then just exercise and eat healthier.

There's a saying that goes: "Have breakfast like a King, lunch like a Queen, and dinner like a peasant." While you sleep at night, you will be burning calories still.

Honey, you're at a really good weight for your height. You're BMI is 21.9, which falls in the healthy weight range. Whoever or whatever made you feel like you needed to lose weight, they/it was wrong. You're at a healthy weight as it, why would you want to lose weight?
But, if you really want to lose weight, I suggest mayube jogging/running every morning for3 30+ minutes and just eating healthier. That means no sweets like candy or soda and cutting back on fat like red meat. Try eating more chicken or fish and lots more vegetables and fruits. Hope this helps.

I'll let you in on a special secret and you won't have to go on a special diet, buy a DVD, pills, book, or even go to a gym: With exercise or more physical activity, you can burn more calories than you consume. It always works.

I think it can be done, for sure. Go to the gym as often as you can..run on the treadmill, do some sort of cardio for half and hour or so. Don't overdo it! And of course, cut down on the junk food and eat more veggies and whole grains. Its not as hard as people make it out to be-the hard part is just sticking to it. If you keep yourself motivated, you can do it
