First, you can wait until you're older. I've had alot of friends tell me about their first time, and the majority said they gave it up when they were very young. I had another friend who waited a lot longer, and it wasn't nearly as painful as the other females.
See, you have this thin lining in your vagina that all girls have when their born (I forget the name). Over time, it desenegrates whether you're a virgin or not. It can speed up the process if you have sex or masturbate. It differs between girls though, and the less of this lining you have, the less it will hurt.

Go slow, use lube, and put a pillow under your butt to boost yourself up a little. It will make it easier to maneuver.
that is just a myth. the first time i had sex it wowed me. it was really good and didnt hurt at all. you just have to make sure the guy isnt to rough with you so tell him its your first time.
