How do you deal with PMS depression?!

Question: What do you do when you are possessed by the urge to snap the neck of the first person in sight? I don't want to use meds, but I don't want to vent my violent tendencies breaking and smashing stuff either like I do sometimes! Any compromise, anything in between?
