Cyst under armpit, sort of painful...?!
Question: I have a cyst in that location and suddenly it feels kinda sore and it hurts. I am thinking that a warm compress may help, but I'm wondering, since this is happening so close to my menstrual cycle, if that has anything to do with it?

It could be a compacted sweat gland. If it's under the skin but not to far, firm, sore even if you don't touch it, and no where near your breast.
Has it happened before around your menstrual cycle?? Could it be an ingrown hair under your arm? It could just be a harmless cyst. Check with your doctor or a dermatologist to make sure it's nothing to be concerned about.
Is it deep under the skin? If it's tender deep into the arm pit, it sounds like your lymph nodes.
