What is considered a light period?!

Question: it would be different for each woman..in my case a light period is if a super tampon last for more then 2 hours and i bleed for less then 5 days..i love those periods because i bleed very heavy for a week normally

It is when you don't bleed as much and its short. That is what I would say it is.

I would say a light period is light in menstraul flow ( bleeding ) and it only continues for a couple of days.

That would be like the "period" after the
"Dark Ages".
