Sounds like you have a bacterial infection (BV). After sex or your menstrual cycle, if infected a BV can heighten the foul smell. Please see a GYM for a diagnosis. This can be cleared with antibiotics as well as following up with probiotics. If you are sexually active, your partner needs to be treated as well because it can be transfer among sexual partners.
