Wierd space out feeling in shower, as if shouldnt be there?!
Question: Anyone get this or know what it is? Almost like out of body experience or like am somwhere else that I know or shouldnt be there

Maybe it's just the shower relaxing you, and the constant flow of water slightly hypnotizes you, making you feel a little absent, or spaced out.

I know what your talking about you hardly remember what you did. I happens to me all the time but Im sure its perfectly ok :)
OMG!!!! That happened to me once or twice. I was in a store, and it felt like it was a dream or something and I wasn't there. Strangest feeling. But, not to worry, I am perfectly fine and you will be too!!!!
It happens to me whenever I take a hot shower.
The shower fills up with steam and I think its cause I can't breathe right and don't get enough oxygen that I feel that way.
