Has this happened to anyone while making out or having sex?!

Question: i was making out the first time it happened. my hands cramped up and i couldnt move or bend my fingers. and my face was all tingly and my mouth goes like numb. at first i thought maybe i had low blood sugar. but i had eaten something right before the next time it happened. im thinking maybe i hyperventilated???idk it hurts tho and its embarrasing. has this happened to anyone? and what can i do to help it?

you must just get really nervous....all people react differently to nervousness. If it happens the 4th or 5th time you should get it checked out.
good luck:)

it hasnt happened to me
maybe u just got really nervous

yeah sounds like you were nervous... like you said your 1st time.

Yes, I think you had all the symptoms of hyperventilatation. It was your first time so that doesn't mean it will happen every time.

well... when u have sex for the first time its supposed to hurt but i dont know about the making out thing

When did it happen? Before, after or during orgasm?
The timing is important for determining the possible causes of your physical reaction.
Why don't you try it for another (100) hundred times to pinpoint the problem?
It could be positioning. How were you positioned? The length of time you were in the specific position could limit blood circulation to some muscles and could be the causative agent for the syndrome.

it means your dying.

Respiratory alkalosis AKA hyperventilation.
