Some females cramp BEFORE the start of their periods. It is very possible since you've just recently gotten your first period, that you are soon to have your second. Periods are not predictable for some females when they first start having them.

As a female and a mom, before I suggested medications, I would suggest some exercise and a good warm shower or bath. Both seem to help most females I know. Exercise releases endorphins into your system, dulling the pain naturally, and movement actually can help relax your body enough to stop, lighten, or slow the cramping. A warm bath or shower will help your body to relax also decreasing the pain. If neither of those work, then try medication. Even a low dose pain reliever (regular strength tylenol, or advil) can help.

Well you can try midol or advil, but if you dont want to take a pill you can try a wet hot cloth over your abdomen or try taking a warm bath, that will ease the pain.

midol=crack. works almost 100% of the time. i <3 it.

advil midol or mortin works some people use a heating pad on the lower back

go to the store with your mom and go to the pain killer isle and look for pills like midole for menstaral cramps.

we all get them and yess they hurt like franken heck and sometimes make you a little sick your stomach
