If you are having unprotected sex, the semen can actually change the Ph of your vagina therefore causing the natural bacteria to grow quicker than normal. It is called Bacterial Vaginosis. You and your partner need to be treated with antibiotics because he can give it right back to you if untreated.

wash it hard

Do you use douches a lot? that may mess up your internal PH, how about washing with a fragrance free soap? Or better yet get this product (it's amazing) it's a hispanic product called LEMISOL (green bottle) after washing your intimates will stay minty fresh for 24 hours, I love it!

Are you sure its not your urine scent. Sometimes if you have a food such as asparagus your urine can smell funny.

Is it just an episode of odor or does it always happen all the time?

it is pretty common and normal when it comes for just a few days or so.. Just don't try and wash it becuase that will irritate it further and make it worse.

every female has a odor to them. its natural a nd different for everyone!

they do have wipes, like vagisil and that might help "mask" the odor maybe. also if your on your period, you can try scented tampons!

use a mild soap do not wear tight clothing and try to wear cotton underwear try avoiding wearing thongs and g strings see if that works

It may sound odd, but try rubbing some lavender scented baby powder on the outside of that area after you shower. It may help keep moisture out, which could be the source of the odor.

Powder (the kind made with cornstarch) is NOT good for putting there. Warmth+Moisture+Food= bacteria growth. If it's made of talc, I wouldn't so much recommend it, but it will be safer than the cornstarch kind.

possibly try some scented panty liners?
women sweat down there...try using some deodorant on the sides....where your legs meet your crotch...not actually on your vagina though.

eat fresh fruits and plenty of water

also have a nice hot bath wiv some sented oils in there and relax

eat less red meat products 2
