While it's less likely, you certainly still can get pregnant at that time. They just aren't your most fertile days.

99% you dont get pregnant in this time,but you never knows.so be careful.

That's not true. You can definitely get pregnant. You can even get pregnant on your period. Even though there is less of a chance, there's still a big enough chance. Don't risk it.

Every woman's body is diffrent. That method is not 100 percent effective bc a woman can ovulate at a diffrent time each month.

You can absolutely get pregnant during that time. The safest time is right *before* your period; the trouble is that you can't be sure when your period is about to come. Ovulation can come early or late, so it's always possible. Use protection.

It's less likely that you will get pregant during this time but is is still possible. There is no such thing as a "safe time".
There is a method of Birth Control approved by the catholic Church that relies on the so called safe period. It's commonly known as vatican Roulette.
Unless you are ready to raise a child don't have sex without using contraception.
