Question: I know this seems weird, but for the past 2 days, I have been having sharp pains in my right breast(up and to the left of my nipple). But the thing is every time I get this pain, it I get the same pain at the same time in my right calf of my leg. I probably have these for about 20 seconds every 20 minutes. What could this be?

Breast pain occurs more frequently in younger, premenopausal women, although women who are postmenopausal can experience breast pain, too. I hope this helped but I suggest you go to the doctor and have yourself examined. Rarely breast pain is a sign of breast cancer but its better to be safe than sorry.
