My hair is falling out......what's wrong with me?!!?!

Question: About a week or two ago, my hair has started to fall out, and my naturally thick hair has been getting a bit thinner on the sides of my head. I'm a healthy eater (vitamins and all), i get lots of excersize, i don't feel extra sleepy, i feel perfectly fine...i just don't understand.....maybe its hormones? stress? i'm really worried, im 14 years old, if that helps.

Thanks for taking your time to help me :)

Hey missy :P

well, this is serious.
my mother's friend son, also started losing his fair. it just started falling out. turns out, it was a disease. nothing was wrong with him, just his hair fell out. it's growing back now, but since you have thick hair, it may take a long time. it was a heritiroy disease. the best thing to do is to go and do the bloodwork that your mother wants done. Ariel, please.

DO IT FOR US! GO AND GET THE BLOODWORK DONE! Tell me when your doing it. I want to help you any way I can. I hope you find out what's wrong. Good luck girlie!

OMG the same thing is happening to me!!!!
It's probably bcuz of stress......it'll stop....i think...

It could be stress related,so if you had many problem with school and things. If it gets worse, go and see a doctor.

maybe it is just the shampoos that u use..............................

Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
