You know 99% of the women out there end up with them because of pregnancy and babies, so you learn to deal with them, there are lots of things you can do so that they are not a problem on a daily basis. All you have to do is a little reshearch from your doctor and maybe google it on your computer. Make sure to never get yourself constipated or the other way, its when you have undue pressue that it causes your hemeroids to act up but if you keep yourself on an even keel they won't then you won't need surgery, I've lived with mine for 28 years and for the occasional flare up that's what the over the counter medication is for, and it actually works well, so check it out. Personally, I wouldn't get surgery for this issue, I mean if they got to be life threatening then maybe, but not the way they are now, so you really need to do some research and some thinking. Good Luck
