Tattoos on Guys? Yes or No?!
Question: I've spent 9 years as a commissioned military officer and during that time i've aquired several tattoos which now extend from just above my elbows to my shoulders. This was the standard in the environment that I lived in, and actually earned you respect among your men as you being, "One of the Guys", and not simply a dork who finished college and was handed the right to lead others. It helps to have their respect when giving orders which involve their lives.
So, i'm now leaving the service and have accepted employment as a senior project manager with large company in Tennessee. Since I will likely be many miles from the culture that I have lived for so long I am curious about the general (female) concensus on tattoos. Have I gone overboard or is this not so much of a big deal in your, a civilian womans, eyes.
