Instead Cups. This is a small plastic cup that goes inside you like a tampon. You can use them on spotting days because they don't absorb, they only catch the blood in the cup. You can buy them next to the tampons. I can't get through a period without them. Using a tampon on your spotting days is a bad idea, it will hurt and will be difficult to get in and out.

get the extra small tampons

just use a tampon anyways. lol

Wear a tampon that is small, they make teen tampons, just use the light variety.

U should swim in the red sea.

bring my finger for plug.

use the teeny tiny small jr ones. That is all you can do. You cant get in the water while you are spotting.

get sport tampon, their extra small, and easy ;]

Well i have been using a tampon and it works absolutely fine why wouldnt it work for you. I dont think there is anything out there other than that.

i dont get it

duhh!! You don't swim at all~! It's o.k. to sit at the sidelines and watch your teammates. Just make sure you practice and catch up afterwards.

just use a tampon!!!!! it won't be that hard to get out.

if your only spotting and you go in the water, somehow no blood will come out because your body doesn't let it....it's weird but I've always heard that when you are in water the blood doesn't come out.

Ask your instructor,if female.Or just use a small tampon.

It's not unhealthy or harmful to use a tampon if you're spotting, if that is what you're worried about. If it's not, then maybe you could get excused for a few days.

why can't you use a tampon?? the tampon doesn't swell anymore from the water then it would from a normal period flow. You can buy a light absorbency tampon that will be effective in the pool, and shouldn't cause discomfort! best of luck!

just go ahead and use a tampon just dont push it way in. push it in enough so it stays in place but not as far as u usually would on a heavy flow day. You don't really have any option other than tampons in swimmings case.
