I Haven't Had My Period?!?!?!

Question: Okay, im twelve years old and i started my period a just over a year ago. The problem is that i haven't had it for the past three months, just tons and tons of discharge. Like, so much that i have to wear a even have to wear a pad. I have no idea what it is, i mean, im Definitely not pregnant Or going through menopause... i know i should go to the doctor (and thisll probably sound stupid) but i dont want to have to like take off my underwear and have him stick something up there or something. Plus, i live in an incredibly small town so we dont have a gynecologist. If you know of any like diseases or whatever Please tell me! Thanks so much <3

It's totally normal for your period to be irregular and awkward at the start, it's your body adjusting trying to get into a routine. Get your mum to ring up your practice and ask for a female doctor, I can understand why you wouldn't want a guy but if you do get one don't panic (he probably has girls coming in with female problems all the time.)
You might not have to take off your underwear, he might just ask for some urine samples (to test for infections) or refer you to a hospital for some tests and an examination in a specialist women's clinic.
Get an appointment , it'll put your mind at rest and it's better to be safe than sorry.

I highly doubt the internet would have a complete solution for you =/ just go to the doctor's. You'll have to get naked someday. Might as well start getting used to it now.

this is normal because you are so young it takes time for you to regulate and maybe this first one was a false alarm dont worry its normal

if u not lieing that happend to my mum and she found out that she was pregunant thats why it dident come u migt be preguntant have u had sex wid someone?

If you haven't been sexually active (at all! meaning oral sex or anything), then it's not likely you have an STD and you say you're not pregnant. Have you gained or lost a significant amount of weight, been under stress, or been very active athletically? Any of these can delay your period, as well as the fact that your horomones are still wacky. Talk to your mom, and if your period hasn't returned in a little while, she can take you to her gynecologist or to your regular doctor. If they do a pelvic exam, it's not that bad. A little uncomfortable, but nothing hurts. Choose a female doctor (or nurse practitioner), and your mom doesn't have to be in the room. I'm sure you're fine, though, so please relax.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, you're only 12 so your period probably hasn't steadied out yet. I'm 15 and I got my first period when I was 13. There are still times when I can go like 2 months and I have no period. Yeah, discharge can be a bummer too.
You should probably talk to your mom or someone about it, because nobody on the internet can tell you for sure.
Good luck!

having irregularities in the beginning is very very normal. even u'll have many irregularities till the age of 20. never ever worry about them...

its normal it just needs to regulate

ur 12 years old thats going to happen.. ur body is adjusting to when u did get ur period.. i sometimes get rite b4 im gunna get my period and im 19 its normal.. going to a GYN isnt all that bad u can have a adult u trust in the room(u will need an adult in the room ur under age) but still its not bad. and the thing they put in u doesnt hurt just a lil pressure.. ur realli young 2 go anyway.. but dont wry ur not regular cycle and when u dont have a regular cycle that happens and @ times when u r regular it happens. part of growin up!!
