Luxury Condo in a restricted downtown highrise or a Quaint Townhouse in the Burb!
Question: I need a womans point of view on this. Sorry for bringing it to the "health section". I just know this is where ya'll hang out. ;-)
Would you go for the 1100 Sq FT 23rd floor luxury condo in the middle of downtown Nashville:

I can't believe you know where women hang out! hhaahhaa I going to assume you're single....
Personally I prefer quiet, so I'd take whichever one brought me peace and quiet.
If there are no children, then the smaller one.
If you're trying to save money, definitely the cheaper one.
BUT if you're single and work in the city, and you are looking for a bachelor pad, the go for the luxury condo. but beware of the droves of treasure hunter women!!! They'll smell money and come scratching at your door!
They both look nice...but what an impressive view from the condo. (how's your parking situation? thats always a nightmare if you have to fight over parking)
hmmm i like the town house, but it's a shame there's no picture of a view, however the condo's views seem amazing, but, having only pictures of the living room and kitchen, it's hard to see how big the living space is. So, i'm undicided
