Horrible Cramps?!

Question: Is this normal. I am 23 and I had a baby about a year ago. Through out my life before I was pregnant I of course had my period, and I also had cramps. But my cramps were bareable. I would take midol or advil and they would go away. Now when I get my period, pain reeiever doesn't help at alll and I am miserable. It hurts so bad, is there any other remedy that I can do while I am at work? Or is there another problem? OUCH!!

Sorry to hear that......i`m afraid i really don`t know but please visit a doc yeah?

This might be just a one time thing. Although I'm not a doctor so I don't know. If this continues I would see your doctor.

go to ur doctor

There could be another problem, but it is unlikely to be serious as that is rare.

I suggest you settle down with a hot water bottle and sleep it off.

If the pain is continuing, go to the doctor or to the Emergency Room, just to check everything is okay.

try a heating pad! um you cant do this at work, but i get really bad cramps also,(but i have not had a baby, im only 14!) so i lay or my bed or the floor on my back and lift my legs up over my head, almost so my knees hit my face. but you cant do that at work. um i would do the heating pad, midol, and maybe try changing your back posture for a while and take a hot bath...otherwise if they get really bad you could stay home from work. if they are still unmanagable i would contact your doctor.

If I were you to lie your bed for while and put heating pad on you tummy for while. If doesn't work, you need goes see your doctor as soon you can.
