There are a few things you need to know about anxiety. Firstly most of the stuff you will read about after googling 'anxiety' are about pannick attacks. But If your pannicky sensations are much more prolonged and seem to last for longer than the few minutes often described in panic disorder you might have something called "Genralized anxiety disorder" Which would explain you being tired and upset easily. I also have suffered with this, at different times, all my life and i know that it IS treatable. Even though it feels like it's worked its way in to your personality and so deep set that you'll never be your old self again, there are things you can do to bannish it. Fistly don't dsmiss simple remedies like good food and sleep, don't underestimate how much stability enough sleep in a routine pattern along with vitamins and minerals canbring to your moods. Secondly invest in a lightbox or get as much sunlight as you can. Then try to practice deep breathing and meditation everyday. Then as an accompiment and last resort only, speak to your doctor about medication some of which is really effective.

sort of sounds like you are having panic attacks, you should check with your doctor. Its really scary to have attacks, I have had them for about 8 years now. Take some deep breaths when they come on and try to think of something else.

You could be having mini anxiety attacks. As a teen, I'm sure you're stressed out especially with school and teen life in general. Talk to your parents about it, maybe you should see someone. Alot of people have anxiety issues. You are not alone, sweetie!

it sounds like stress try and relax a bit

it could ever be stress or mini panic attacks go to the doctor and get it checed out cus it can get worse depending on what it is

Anxiety and or panic attacks, depending on how long you have had these symptoms for. Don't worry about it too much, I have had simliar experiences. Talk to your local physician (or GP) and he/she may offer you some advice/help. Hopefully it is nothing more serious, but it never hurts to have yourself checked out.

It sounds like a combination of depression and anxiety. I would see a doctor since it has gone on for an extended time. If left untreated it can have a pretty negative impact in your daily life and you want to stave off any potential long term consequences.

You may be having panic attacks.Caused by your living condition's.Are you afraid of something or someone in your life? And it could be your hormones. And what is called PMS.And being tired could mean your iron count in you body is low.Try taking a supplement. With all the vitamin 'es we need in it for good health when we might not be eating good.Good Luck.Go to a Dr if none of this helps or go now.

You may have infection based chronic fatigue syndrome-
Most doctors dont know enough about it to treat it properly-

In view of general medical tests proving negative upto now,

It sounds like panic attacks to me. i had them when i was your age i still get them now. I am 26 btw.

i would try and relax a bit and when you feel attack coming on. Try and take deep breaths ressure yourself and sit down, I had one on the train to dublin this year i just put my head between my legs and breath deeply.

I find that if you do yoga it might also be a benefite to you as well.

If you are still having this problem i would see your doctor and tell them what the problem is.

Good luck with this.

you must be having panic attacks go see a doctor just to be on the safe side we don't want anything bad to happen
