3 days past..?!
Question: I am 3 days past ovulation, and I have been having cramping. do you have cramping after ovulation?? also i feel like water is coming out and i dunno if it is the cramping, but i feel like sick to my stomach at times, what could this be?? here is my chart if you would like to look at it http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/ROSE...

you can have mild ovulation cramping usually similar to period cramping but lighter. If you are trying to get pregnent (I asume that you are since you are charting your cycle) they could also be implantation cramps, if so congradulations.
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but....a person can have cramps all the way through her entire period. She can also have a backache...or both cramping and a backache. No two women are the same. We all have different symptoms when we have our periods, including nausea, diarrhea, headaches, backaches, bodyaches...etc...the list goes on and on. All we can do is treat the symptoms and ride it out the best we can.
