gurl its totally fine like u said ur a virgin so ur not pregnant don't worry about it just let it come when it comes... take it from a gurl it will come eventually me & ma friends are always late its no biggie actually i been like 2 months late and everithing is fine don't worri about it.

The same thing is going on with me. The person who answered said it was hormonal changes...it's pretty scary yes

if this is within your first 3 years of having your period your fine! i was completely regular and then i missed 3 months! you will get it eventually, this is not worth going to the doctor, nothing is wrong!

it can take your period a few months to become regular... Give it a few days before you get too concerned

dont worry i once completly missed a period for no reason wt so eva but im fine and neva went the doctor
when did u start your periods?

Around the teenage years, your period could still become irregular. The calendar will stabilize around your early twenties I think. A change in your schedule is normal as long as it's just days, maybe a week or two.

Your period also changes if you've been under a lot of stress, or other things like that. It can't hurt to look around and read up on things that can change your schedule. :)

Hi, I never had regular periods. Its probably just stress.

You are perfectly normal. I've been 2 weeks late before. Its only been 3 days. It will come, don't worry.

Its just your hormones changing. As they do when you a teenager... *sigh* It sucks.

you are still on the young side of having your period even if you started say when you were 11. relax b/c only stressing about it more will only make it later. just pretend it came normal and it will most likely fix it self b/c your body will go back into rhythm. also food changes will affect it as well as if you have recently started a lot of physical activity.

odds are this wont be the first time this happens to you. i've had mine for 7 years and it still throws me for a loop.

you are only 15. your period might be irregular. another factor could be stress. if you were stressing about the holidays then it could be stress related. give it a few more days.

my period used to fluxuate all the time when i was about 14/15 i wouldn't have it for three months and then it would be heavy for like..2 weeks. your body is still adjusting. give it time.

It sounds odd but simply wishing that your period would not start on a given date, because of a party perhaps..can occasionally delay it, especially in the early years ..and who would actually want to be on their period over Christmas? your mom is right, wait for a couple of weeks, perhaps even until your next due date if you are fine in every other way.and then ..well, grit your teeth and go see your doctor if your body is still not behaving itself. If there is any need for an internal examination then you have every right to ask that it be carried out by a woman and you should make it clear that you are a virgin..and, by the way, no one has the right to insist that the examination be done by a man; all they can do is to make you feel that you are being foolish and making a fuss over nothing...if they try that then carry on making a fuss!

When you're in your teens, your cycle can fluctuate a lot. It may never regulate itself. That's ok. Don't freak out. Stress can delay your period, too. So if school, or the holidays have been very stressful for you, that may be why your period is late.

it's nothing. i've had my period for like 5 years and it does that all the time.

have you recently started your period? If yes your still young..your period has to have time to adjust to you..your body is changing and it will take time to get regular..when i was 14 i had my period for 14 days straight and i was a virgin.just relax..it's all normal

Well, that wasn't even a week ago...
just calm down, it's ok. Don't go to the doctor until you're very late, a few days is nothing.
