Nipples are tender???!

Question: I had my period about 2 weeks ago. I sometimes get sore/tender nipples then, but I have it now. It isn't a bother or anything, they are just sore. Mostly when I bump them directly from the front. Any ideas what this could be?

-Breast growth
-Pregnancy
-Hormones
