Sometimes women's hormones are a bit off. This happens to some women and just because it happened once, doesn't necessarily mean it will happen again. Try not to worry. If it does happen again, your doctor might do further testing. I'm not sure if they did tests other than blood tests - ultrasound would be useful to check for cysts or fibroids..
