Answers please.......?!

Question: I took plan B (morning after pill) about 45 minutes to 1 hour after my Husbands condom broke. I took the pills the last day of my period, I didn't spot at all and I felt sick the next day then again later int the week on the weekend. I was suppose to be ovulating that this past weekend but since the pill hinders that my body retaliated and made me feel sick, My doctor said since this was my very first time taking plan b my body would react to it strange. anyway I'm expecting my period on the 9th of Jan. or the 1st of Jan. My questions are.....

-Is it normal that I haven't spotted at all?
- was it a good plan to take the pills and hour after?

No rude answers, Im married and a grown woman, I don't need people telling me I killed a baby...........

Basically the 'morning after pills' are like stronger versions of the birth control pill... it's going to fool your body into thinking it's pregnant (which would explain any nausea, cramping and bloating you experienced) and after you finish taking them (whether you did the 1 or 3 pill set) and the hormones drop off, your body is supposed to realize it isn't pregnant and induce a period... It might take your body an extra day or two to produce the period and if it skips it, i'd recommend talking to your doctor very soon.

If it's called the morning after pill, why did you take it only and hour after the condom broke? Did the directions say that that was ok?

It's possible it could just be messing with your body, or it didnt work because you took it too soon.

The only way to find out is wait until your next period, if you miss it, then go get a pregnancy test. Home tests have a lot of false negatives, and are unreliable, so go to your Dr. for the test.

well you may have killed a baby...hopefully not though. you should just wait to have sex when your ready to have a child.
