Plz help could i end up anorexic??!


Question: im 14 and i weigh 95lbs, 160 cm tall and im 14. i dont eat breakfast because i dont like it and never really have and i rarely eat lunch cus im not hungry but i do eat a proper dinner. i no that as u get older u put weight on but i am still constently worried about it and i dont want to be.

Then don't be. YOU WILL KILL YOURSELF IF YOU CARRY ON LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!! That's what you want to hear? It's not true... Not like this, but if you get worse or let yourself continue in a more vague way...
There are things you have to do in life that you don't like, but you HAVE to do them... Like people buying christmas presents for each other... well you don't have to do that but it gets you broke.... How about, you would go to the dentist to get your teeth straightened and go through the pain for beauty, right? I know I probably would but I'm scared of needles! That's also a really crap example...

BUT you must eat beakfast! Your body takes about four hours to digest food and completely consume the energy that it can absorb... you heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys... keep on working through the night though. Don't they? Or you'll die when you fall asleep. (Sorry this is like an essay!) So you go finish your last meal before bed ar let's say a maximum of 9 o' clock. right? So you run out of food at one o' clock in the morning then you have a small lunch at mid Day... that's 11 hours for your body to EAT ITS SELF!!!!!!!!!

Need-
3 meals a day (unless you just sit on your coutch all day, which I doubt)
5 portions of fruit and vedge a day
7 glasses of water a day

^My nicer side also sends this! It's important that you always keep your BMI in mind, you don't sound very anorexic. I hope you don't become anorexic but you stand a chance of becoming so.

Have you been eating breakfast cerials? Then try just a piece of toast, this gives you enough slow release energy to have something light for lunch. By the way, new(well... not so new) laws stopping size zero models walking the cat walking without a proper check up from doctors and a thumbs up for good health after the model starved herself to death, so don't bother doing this to yourself if it's in the name of becoming a model.

if you are not concered with your weight (aka that you think ur fat) then no you cant end up being anorexic

yes you could bc its not going to get better, its going to get worse. you need to eat breakfast for your brain/health, same with lunch.

you really need to eat all three meals to give you your energy/nutrients for the day. it's not healthy to eat like that. for 160 cms and 95lbs for a 14 year old is really and i mean really skinny! you could end up anorexic if you keep eating like this. so i would suggest you start eating. good luck!

You need to eat breakfast. Whether you are hungry or not. Just eat something. It provides you energy through the day. You won't gain weight if you eat breakfast, because you burn it all off throughout the day.

how about snacks? is there anything you like to snack on that you can eat for breakfast or lunch? I'm supposed to eat snacks in between meals or instead of meals due to health problems. are you taking vitamins? you need to be getting your nutritional value or you're going to end up sick. you're supposed to eat so many certain foods a day for nutritional purposes.

I feel you on the breakfast part, most breakfast foods are unappetizing. What do you like eating? Get that; eating something is better than eating nothing. Try chocolate chip waffles, Starbucks frapps, cakes, cookies...

no but this does mean you are unhealthy and may gain weight. its better for your boddy to eay proper meals earlier in the day so that it can burn it off. your body has a harder time burning off dinner because you generally sleep afterward. no food in the morning means lack of energy in the day.

well im 14 too i dont eat breakfast either well i just drink milk thats it then i eat untill like 12 beacause of my school schedule but i dont get fat or loose weight another reason is because were growing up right now we cant get any fater well thats what every body tells me so as long as you eat lunch i guess your ok

OK OK don't worry about your weight your still growing Im 14, still growing and I'm 5"6 140 pounds and I'm pretty fit nice arms, nice legs, and working on a 6-pack, just don't worry about it, you'll be fine.

You need to see a dietician. She will tell you how much calories you need to eat. She will give you great alternitatives to foods you don't like. If you don't like breakfast, make a nutritious smoothy. Make sure you eat breakfast at least. The most important meal of the day. You cans actually split up your meal into small portions through out the day!!

well, true you do gain weight as you age however with proper eating and being physically fit, then you don't necessarily have to worry about your weight. But it does sound like you could be developing a slight eating disorder. How about eating at least two meals a day or snacking throughout the day?

But seriously, your too young to be freaking out about your weight.

the eating part is normal when I was that age i also didn't have a big appetite. watch what you eat. yes some end up gaining weight as they get older but don't worry to much about it get in a routine of exercising an you will be fine. I don't think you will be anorexic. your weight is normal for your age. good luck be healthy and have fun don't worry to much about the weight it ruins your life always worried about how you look. just exercise.

I never ate breakfast as a teenager. I wasn't anorexic or anything, eating breakfast always gave me a sore stomach. And if I didn't eat breakfast, I wouldn't really be hungry at lunch time either. I'd eat when I got home around 4pm, and then have a normal dinner.

I'm now 27, 168cm tall, 125lb, and I still can't eat breakfast until I've been awake for at least an hour. Breakfast often happens during my morning break - at about 10.30, though these days, I'm hungry by about 8.30, so have something to eat then. I always eat lunch now - having breakfast really kicks up my metabolism so I'm starving by lunchtime.

So try having something to eat, some fruit or chocolate milk at around 10.30, and see how you go. I drink those breakfast shake things - I walk to work, so I'm quite thirsty by the time I get there. Having a breakfast shake quenches my thirst and gets some food into me at the same time.

anerexia is not eating for a purpose. EG to become thin.. being anerexic is a menta disorder caused by low self esteem, bad body image in believing you are fat..

i am 20 and i weigh 110 pounds. I am 5'3. I would say you are a good weight for your age. And certainly not fat in the slightest (which i assume you do not think so anyhow.)

Eating at your age is extremly important for many reasons, one being that you are growing and changing into a young lady, and need all the energy you can get. Also, your brain and organs are still growing, and in order to grow to your true potential you need a balanced diet.. When i say balanced im not talking about a ridgid rabbit food diet, im talking about a little bit of *everything*... in moderation ofcourse.

Please try to get into a habit of eating regularly, not only will it benefit you health wise, but it will also make your metabolism faster so as you grow older your body wont feel the need to store fat as lack of nutrition.. Little and often is the best motto. Even if you have to have 8 small meals a day.

well I used to be anorexic and I did the same thing as you except I ALWAYS skip lunch.
Yeah, I got helped and that was considered as anorexia.
I calculated your BMI for you and it's 17. Mine was 17.5, Normal weight is 21... tsssk...
