Help me with squats!!?!
Question: well..when i try to do squats what i do is :
stand with feet hip width apart
then bend my knees
but..i dont feel anything in my bum .. because i always feel im about to fall over..and i dunno if ur meant to tense your bum or anything because i can never feel it ..
help! am i doing something wrong?

try pushing up thru your heals and clench you cheeks together
Also stiff leg dead lifts work better for you bum.
try spreading your legs shoulder width...that should help.
