Hmmm, well I'm a 15 year old girl. I personally think that guys my age should shave. Peach fuzz looks so...weird. Anyways, as the other people have said, it doesn't grow in evenly. There was this one boy in my class whose facial hair was horrible. He had thick black hairs just growing in random places on his cheeks and chin. I don't know if yours is that bad, but this guy was horrible. It was almost hard to look at him. If you're growing facial hair for a maturity thing...don't. Shaving looks much more mature than random hairs or peach fuzz. If you're growing it because you like the way it looks, keep shaving it until it thickens out and you have a nice, full, mustache, beard, or whatever you want.
But, just from the opinion of a 15 year old girl, a 14 year old boy should shave. If you wanted to know whether I liked men who shaved, it really depends on the guy. Okay, so my final opinion is that YES you should shave. Sorry for my really long, drawn out answer.

I hate seeing guys my age (13ish) who don't shave. it's not cute seeing a little mustache - just pathetic.
I like goatee's on guys. But at 14 you should probably shave. Facial hair on guys your age looks silly, and you have to shave regularly to get the hair to come in evenly.
Hmm I have to say I prefer a man with facial hair - without facial hair is a bit too effeminate for me... but I agree with a couple of others, at your age shave it off until it starts growing in more evenly... then you can start working on the beard/mustash/goattee/side burns(lol). Good luck!!
i like either smooth or bit of stubble depending on the guy. not a beard, but at your age, id shave as it wouldnt be proper hair
All depend on period if they shave or not. It's doesn't matter.
It depends really if you can pul it off or not.
My boyfriend shaves sometimes and he looks good either or.
But i prefer him not shaving if that helps^^
