Sometimes, within the first year or two of having your period, it can come early, late, skipped altogether... it's completely normal. Don't worry about it unless you don't get it in another month or so.

It happens. I miss periods sometimes. Stress and other issues can cause you to miss them. If you are worried ask your doctor, but I'm waaaay older than 14 and have been missing periods every now and then for years and I am healthy. Never cared why. I would be perfectly happy to miss all of them, personally.

is common problem

Nothing, it's not unusual to skip every now and then.

Don't worry about it. It might come late, but you shouldn't have a problem. It happens to me all the time but I eventually always get it.

It's normal. Happens all the time. Probably cuz you're really active. Or maybe you gained/lost a lot of weight?

Being 14 has nothing to do with being able to get pregnant, having sex, regardless of age determines pregnancy.

well if u havent had it 4 long then that is normal i have had mine 4 a year and sumtimes i miss it but u will eventuly get it

normal if u just got your period itll take a couple of years to become normal

perfectly normal. it'll probably happen alot. nothing to worry about, unless u had sex

Stop starving yourself and eat foods that are good for you.

girl its normal dont worry im 13 i missed my period 2 times in a row its normal..

Don't worry! It happens all the time. You'll get it soon enough. If you don't get it in a month or two then you should ask your mom what you should do. But just wait and I'm sure things will be fine.

Common and can go on for awhile. My daughter would go a few months then not. If it continues too long and you get uncomfortable, go see a doctor. The cervix could be inflammed and swollen or you may just need a medication to help you get regular.

you can get pregnant at 14
but if you didn't have sex
i don't know what to tell ya

Once you get your first period that means that you an get pregnant anytime

If you normally have irregular periods, this could be indicative of poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). If this continues, or you begin having pain in your lower abdomen (in the area of your ovaries), ask your mother to make you an appointment to see a gynecologist. He or she will be able to do tests to determine if you have poly-cystic ovaries or if something else is wrong and begin treatment - and they will be able to tell if nothing at all is wrong (which I hope is the case!).

Good luck!

Just because you are fourteen doesn't mean you are not pregnant as long as you aren't sexually active. Anyway it is perfectly normal to be irregular, alot of people are. Tell tour parents or see a doctor if you don't get it soon. Lots of Luck.

hi,
i don't have mine yet.... but i know what i'm talking about, It dependes if you just got yours, if that's the case then it's normal to skip some it is very uneasy when you start out. If you haven't had ummm...s.e.x. yet.... and your sure that ur not pregenant then you shoul probably go seee your dotor, or talk to ur mom. :)

age has not much to do with it, after you hit puberty you can become pregnant if you are sexually active. Periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Other reasons are not so benign. Eating disorders and stress can make you miss periods.

dont worry. im 14 too, and that happen to me all the time. because we are so younge, our bodies stiil havent quite gotten use to it yet. It can take years for our bodies get use to it. I started about 2 years ago, and still sometimes miss my periods, and haha, i cant be pregnint eather.

If you know you aren't pregnant, then you are either not having sex or are using birth control. Things that can stop a period from coming down: certain birth control types, stress, anorexia/bulimia, recent onset of your period (within the last year), really over weight, low thyroid, cysts, or....just one of those things that happens some times. If it continues, you should probably see your health care practitioner.
