Don't be scared. More than likely your bra is too tight. Also, sometimes when I wear an underwire braw it will make my breasts hurt. As long as you don't have any lumps in your breasts you are fine. Try wearing a bra that is one size bigger than what you have.
Do a self exam....if no lumps then try cutting out caffeine if you drink any. I cut caffeine completely out of my diet, per gynecologists suggestions, and my breasts were as good as new.
It could be that your bra is too tight as your right breast might be bigger than your left. Get measured up properly and try different bras. If the problem continues, see a doctor.
