How to get habbit of geting up early morning?!


Question: it is better to get your body in a routine. so pick a time that you want to get up and stick with it, even on weekends. try to go to bed at the same time every night as well. it will be difficult at first but will get better with time if you stick with it.

Only way to do that is follow the tried and true old adage: Early to bed, early to rise.

You'll have to figure out how many hours your body needs, and go to bed early enough to get it.

We are such creatures of habit, and you'll have to follow the new routine for a couple of weeks, then your body adjusts and will wake up early without the alarm.

keep awake the whole night or wake up at 10 no matter what. then dont sleep the rest of the day. and then go to sleep at 8/9/10pm. do it 4 2-3 days.

My step-daughter has problems getting up too.
Her problem is that she sleeps late in the day (currently unemployed), then stays awake at night on her laptop chatting to her friends.
We've told her that when she gets a job she'll not be allowed late night laptop, and she'll not be allowed to go to sleep when she gets home (a habit she's gotten into after school so she could chat in the small hours.)
