Im fasting today due to medical orders...?!
Question: in th whole day i had 32oz of 100% apple juice-480 calories
and about 16 onces of V8 fusion pomegranite drink-200 calories
then about 48oz of water
a cup of hot white tea-0 calories
and i'm about to go have a cup of hot green tea-0 calories=]
how do you think i did???
i am fasting because i am taking oral saline laxative tonight before bed..called "fleet, phospho soda".
tomorrow i am having a contrst x-ray, urinary..
and it was orders from my doc to have only clear liquids today and take the laxative..
did i do ok?!?!?!? i think aple juice was alloud but idk...is it??

I think the apple juice was fine, it is the v8 pomegranite drink that I am wondering about. Is that clear..or is it red? If it is clear then you did fine.
don't worry about the apple juice, it's a clear liquid so should be fine. Sounds like you are doing fine =)
