Exactly what is supposed to happen and how and I supposed to feel?!

Question: When I have an orgasm. I am 30 years old and have been married for 3 1/2 years and have NEVER experienced an orgasm in my life! I really don't get a whole lot of enjoyment out of sex because the man seems to be the only one who gets any pleasure. A lot of my problem is mental ... I know this for a fact. But when I hear other people (men and women) talk about their experiences I cannot relate.

I have used vibrators and they do give me an intense, tingling and overwhelming feeling, but that feeling goes away just as quickly as it came. It's like I get this huge rush and then BOOM it's gone! Nothing comes out either (at least I haven't seen it). I thought an orgasm was supposed to make you shake uncontrollably and stuff was supposed to come out?

I am rarely in the mood because I know I will never experience the big "O" that others talk about. People tell me to just relax and focus on the act. I have tried that but it's almost like I am just doing it please my husband.

With women, they don't really gush fluid the way a man does. There are a few women who "ejaculate," but it's not very common. A really intense orgasm can cause you to shake, but that doesn't happen every time either. That intense, tingling feeling is a small orgasm! I've found that my orgasms are less intense when I use a vibrator alone. The best way to achieve orgasm with your husband during sex is to stimulate your clitoris while he is penetrating you. Women can't often achieve orgasm without direct clitoral stimulation. You also need to be in a good mental state to be able to have an orgasm. Foreplay is essential. Before your husband gets his, he needs to take care of getting you warmed up. Oral sex, kisses, manual stimulation, whatever you enjoy. Don't focus so much on achieving the orgasm as just enjoying the pleasure of being close to your husband. Sex feels good without an orgasm! I don't have an orgasm every time, and neither does anyone else. If they do, they're unusual.

some women never have a vaginal orgasm. stuff doesn't always gush out either. it depends on the woman. Maybe you were having an orgasm but it wasn't as intense as you thought it would be. Just continue trying with your partner or with your vibrator and maybe someday it will happen. Did you try rubbing the vibrator on your clitoris too? most women have clitorisial orgasms.

Vibrators can often over-stimulate your body, and the vibration can sometimes numb the nerve endings temporarily.

Rather than using a vibe, try just gently rubbing your clitoris. This is nearly a guaranteed way of achieving orgasm. And consider having your husband performing oral sex. THAT is very intimate and pleasure inducing. I mean, YOU perform oral for HIM, right? Its about time he returned the favor!

And if you are still having trouble, then maybe you might want to get a referral to a therapist that specializes in sex (i.e., a sex therapist). They really CAN help.

Good luck.

Well I am 15 and I have experienced more than one orgasm. And I am a virgin also.

Vibrators are nice yes :] When you have an orgasm you do not shake but discharge/c-u-m white stuff comes out and it like sprays out.

Sex should please both of you, and dont focus on whats happening focus on the feeling you get, close your eyes and just focus on the feeelinggg :]

I hope this helps. Good luck and god bless <3

O my god! your serious Im a guy and I actually saw a womens orgasm she squirts and yells really really loud! I have did a lot of research before i had sex so hear is some pointers. have him do you doggy style so his penis can hit your G SPOT more its behind the pubic bone. but his penis must point downward so he can hit it. another is reverse cow girl! in this position he is hitting your spot and a have him rob you clit wile in this position. these to position I use to make them come or have in intense orgasm it has worked so far!!!! p.s regular cow girl. will work also. any questions just email me. you feel a good tingly feeling all over your body not just your vagina. legs may shake or quiver. my girlfriend legs was shaking and I kinda freaked Lol.

I know what you mean. Women who say they "shake uncontrollably", yell, and expel fluid during climax are most likely exaggerating, or putting on a show for their partner.
