Question: When I have an orgasm. I am 30 years old and have been married for 3 1/2 years and have NEVER experienced an orgasm in my life! I really don't get a whole lot of enjoyment out of sex because the man seems to be the only one who gets any pleasure. A lot of my problem is mental ... I know this for a fact. But when I hear other people (men and women) talk about their experiences I cannot relate.

With women, they don't really gush fluid the way a man does. There are a few women who "ejaculate," but it's not very common. A really intense orgasm can cause you to shake, but that doesn't happen every time either. That intense, tingling feeling is a small orgasm! Before your husband gets his, he needs to take care of getting you warmed up. Oral sex, kisses, manual stimulation, whatever you enjoy. Don't focus so much on achieving the orgasm as just enjoying the pleasure of being close to your husband. Sex feels good without an orgasm! I don't have an orgasm every time, and neither does anyone else. If they do, they're unusual.
