Pills always help, maybe some pain killers like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or of course, Midol. After you get home from work, I'd suggest maybe a heating pad or hot water bottle on your stomach and back to soothe the aching, and exercise usually helps cramps as well. You may want to go to a chiropractor for your back, or do what I do, hold onto your chair and turn your back as far as you can either way, usually cracks it (just don't go too far and break it, lol).

Hope I could be of some help. Good luck. :)

take some ibuprofen and see if you can get a warm heating pad some where or a massager to go on your back i hope that i helped and good luck

I always take extra calcium a couple days before my period and through those first 3 days. It really helps.

Take a steaming hot bath while drinking a chocolate milk shake and reading a trashy romance novel.

Then, dry off and put on something warm and fuzzy, eat lots of bon-bons and watch the Lifetime Movie Channel and cry your eyes out because little Suzie is anorexic and her mother is pregnant with the mailman's quadruplets.

A hot pack works good, and believe or not excersice It makes cramps less worse. Make sure you also get a good stretch in. At first when I first heard this I was like your crazy. that is the last thing I want to do right now. But it works. Hope It works for you.

Other than the obvious painkillers, try stretching or taking a short walk if you get a break. Someone told me that putting your head between your legs for a minute or so helps...never actually tried that. Grab a cup of coffee or tea...it will taste good and you can hold it to your tummy for a heat source.

Feel better soon!
