You may have an opening in your hymen large enough to allow insertion of a tampon, or it may be gone. I would think a normal pelvic exam would not be possible, since the speculum could not open enough to visualize the cervix with a hymen present.
A hymen does not a virgin make, IMO. Never having had sex is what makes you a virgin.

There's no sure way of knowing.. Some girls are born with it broken, some break it through strenuous sports activities, and some through tampons. There's a good chance it's broken already, but you might not know until you start having sex.
if you have had a pelvic exam when they use the retractors then yes your heman could be ruptured but if they just examined you without retracting your vagina then it doesnt affect your heman and using tampons can cause your heman to rupture too.

it's rare that modern women have an intact hymen even without tampons and pelvic exams. This is due to the active lifestyle most women have. Don't worry about it.
You are a virgin until a penis enters your vagina. It has very little to do with your actuall hymen.
